Do our visits logged in Nourish ever reach Xero without somebody retyping the payroll run?
Possibly, depending on your system’s export access and payroll rules. We can assess a connection that prepares visit data for payroll review and approved finance posting. Rates, exceptions and approval remain with your team. how we link systems
02
Our MAR charts and care notes are still on paper in some homes. Where do we start?
Start with your registered manager and care-system supplier to establish the records, access and training needed. Check whether your current licence includes the appropriate medication-recording tools before considering additional software. We can scope administrative reporting around the agreed setup.
03
Our referrals land in a shared inbox and sometimes sit there all weekend. Can that change?
Yes, and the inbox itself is the problem, because nobody owns a message that everybody can see. Every referral that arrives is logged as a record with one name against it, and anything still unanswered by a set point escalates to the manager on duty. Families and discharge teams get an acknowledgement without waiting for someone to be free.
04
Families ring our office constantly asking what time the carer came. Can they see it themselves?
Yes, if your care planning system already records the visit, and most do. Nourish and Birdie both hold check-in and check-out against the visit, so a family portal reads that rather than storing anything new. The care notes stay where they are, and the family sees only what the registered manager has agreed to show. portals we build
05
We already pay for CarePlanner and SystmOne access. Would you try to replace either?
No. Care records belong in the system built for them and inspected against them, and moving that data is risk you do not need. What we add sits alongside and reads from it, so the family portal and the finance link both take the same visit record rather than a copy of it. If a switch is genuinely warranted we will say so.
06
Will an inspector accept records that sit outside the care planning system we are registered with?
Record-keeping requirements should be confirmed by your registered manager and appropriate advisers. We agree which system holds the authoritative record, permitted integrations, hosting locations and access controls before proposing any change.
